Conquer Chiari is pleased to announce that a Support Group page will be added to the website.  This page will help patients and family members connect to support groups in their areas.  The page will also be available for groups to post announcements about meetings and event.

If you lead a support group and would like to list your group on the Conquer Chiari website, simple send an email to director@conquerchiari.org with the following information:

Name of support group and area served
Contact name
Contact email
What the support group does
When and where meetings are
