My Brain is a Mess

My brain is a mess,
Looking around as I must,
My life is full of stress,

I spend everyday trying to fix,
Straighten and organizing all my things,
Adding more and less to the mix,

The doctors all say it is all in my head,
The evidence is clear in the pictures,
This is mixed up I dread,

The films they have taken do not lie,
So what is this problem,
It is all in my head I cry,

My brain is a mess,
The pictures all show,
Can we fix this more or less?
